Originally training and working as a midwife in Scotland before settling in Spain to enjoy a "quieter" life with her husband to bring up their beautiful daughter, she now runs 'Truely Scrumptious'.
 
Caroline has always had a passion for cake decorating, even as a young child. Now a young modern woman, she has a keen eye for beauty & fashion, and this reflects in her 'new' or custom cakes designed to customers requirements. Inspired by her Nana and her great cakes, Caroline began with the basics & also has the ability to deliver the more 'classic' designs.

All her life Caroline has been making fantastic cakes for family and friend's, birthdays and weddings. Caroline loves art and has taken many courses to perfect her natural talent, as well as spending many years practising & putting it in edible form. Caroline believes this is the best foundations for a cake designer. Only using the freshest and finest quality ingredients, organic were possible, Caroline is continuously inspired by current fashion trends, however her favourite cake designs come from from working directly with clients to create a personal meaning and lasting impact.
