This package compared to our Emerald pack has an enhanced  level of floristry, photography, videography.  A different menu and a traditional wedding cake.

· Set up of terrace or ceremony room

· Provision of a minister (for blessing or renewal of vows)

· Wedding coordinator to manage ceremony and reception

· Wedding floristry:

       o 1 x Cascade or hand tied bouquet for the bride

       o 1 x boutonniere for the groom

       o 4 x top men buttonholes (extra at EUR 5 each)

       o 2 x corsages for top ladies (extra at EUR 20 each)

       o 2 x hand tied bouquet for bridesmaid (extra at EUR 75 each)

       o 1 x floral arch

       o 1 x alter/top table arrangement for ceremony table 

       o 25 table favours, (extra at EUR 2 each)

       o 2 x table decorations (extra at EUR 25)

       o You can use the floral arrangements off of the arch for the reception tables

· Wedding photography:

       o Coverage of the bride arriving, the ceremony, cutting of the cake (mock up), part of the reception and group shots (to a maximum of 3 hours coverage)

       o 30 prints of 7x5 inches

       o Wedding album supplied

       o A DVD with all the low resolution proofs

       o Website with all the proofs for friends and family to view at home

· Videography:

       o 6 hours coverage

· Assistance with other services you may require such as a coach for your guests, wedding stationary, entertainment, hair & beauty treatments, dress designers.

Celebration meal

This menu as with all our packages is intended as an example and any variations can be discussed and any slight financial variations made:

• Selection of Iberican cold meats
• Stone bass in breadcrumbs filled and served with garlic sauce
• Marinated salmon carpaccio with caviar
• Hake fillet with prawns and vegetables
• Apple sorbet with cava
• Sirlion steak with baby carrots and rissole potatoes

The total cost for 25 guests including all of the above is only EUR 4975 or sterling at the relevant rate of exchange on the day of payment.

We are in touch with all types of entertainers, including groups, vocalists, discos and Spanish singers, Spanish guitarist, and flamenco dancers. We can also provide a choir to enhance the ceremony should you require. Prices start from 200 euro. We also have a supplier of wedding accessories with everything from candles for the church and table centre, ladies fans, confetti, balloons and other sundry items.

For a special treat you can have your own chocolate or champagne fountain from 350 euro including service.

If you marry away from La Zenia a wedding car can be arranged, wedding dress stockist and designer, headwear specialist, hair and beauty treatments.

For Catholic weddings and civil ceremonies we can advise you as to what is required in terms of legal documents and procedures and quote prices on application.

Our coordinator will be with you both prior to the ceremony while you prepare for the day, and at the venue to ensure that things run smoothly and they will remain until the wedding meal is underway. Should you require the coordinator to remain beyond that time, for example act as a master of ceremonies or deal with entertainers, then an additional charge of 25 euro per hours or part hour will be made.

Additional guest

Additional guests in this package will be charged at EUR 77 per head, therefore an example would be :

- 50 guests: total package price EUR 7500, deposit EUR 3750

- 100 guests: total package price EUR 11350, deposit EUR 5675

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to book your celebration with the balance payable 14 working days before the event. A charge of 4% will be made for credit/debit card payments.
