Detailed package information- set up of terrace or ceremony room - Provision of a minister (for blessing or renewal of vows) - Wedding coordinator to manage ceremony and reception - Wedding floristry: o 1 x hand tied bouquet of roses for the bride o 1 x boutonniere for the groom o 2 x top men buttonhole (extra at EUR 5 each) o 2 x corsages for top ladies o 1 x hand tied bouquet of roses for bridesmaid (extra at EUR 75 each) o 1x decorated arch for the ceremony o 1 x alter/top table arrangement for one ceremony table o 25 table favours, bonbonieres (extra at EUR 2 each) o All flowers can be removed after ceremony and put into reception room - Wedding photography: o Coverage of the ceremony and group shots (to a maximum of 1,5 hours coverage) o 20 prints of 7x5 inches o Wedding album supplied o A dvd with all the low resolution proofs o Website with all the proofs for friends and family to view at home - Videographer: o 4 hours coverage - Assistance in dealing with other services you may require such as cake makers, wedding stationary, coach hire for your guests

The total cost for 25 guests including all of the above is only 4589 euro or sterling at the relevant rate of exchange on the day of payment.
Extras- Cocktails following the ceremony including chilled Cava, beer, soft drinks or water with olives and nuts: EUR 9 per person - Special children’s menu, including drinks: EUR 26 - Traditional wedding cake (English style, 1 tier): from EUR 90 - Hair and beauty treatment: from EUR 50 - Entertainers: from EUR 200 - Chocolate or champagne fountain: from EUR 350 - Booking of rooms for you and your guests at La Zenia Hotel We are in touch with all types of entertainers, including groups, vocalists, discos and Spanish singers, Spanish guitarist, and flamenco dancers. We can also provide a choir to enhance the ceremony should you require. Prices start from 200 euro. We also have a supplier of wedding accessories with everything from candles for the church and table centre, ladies fans, confetti, balloons and other sundry items. For a special treat you can have your own chocolate or champagne fountain from 350 euro including service. If you marry away from La Zenia a wedding car can be arranged, wedding dress stockist and designer, headwear specialist, hair and beauty treatments. For Catholic weddings and civil ceremonies we can advise you as to what is required in terms of legal documents and procedures and quote prices on application. Our coordinator will be with you both prior to the ceremony while you prepare for the day, and at the venue to ensure that things run smoothly and they will remain until the wedding meal is underway. Should you require the coordinator to remain beyond that time, for example act as a master of ceremonies or deal with entertainers, then an additional charge of 25 euro per hours or part hour will be made.
